Terms of Service
Last updated: June 18, 2026
The binding contract between AI Feeders and every visitor, member, and creator who uses aifeders.com.
DRAFT — must be reviewed by a qualified lawyer before launch.
Plain-language summary
- AI Feeders is a marketplace for AI skills, prompts, agent configs, and workflows. It is free today; we may add paid features later, and we will tell you before we do.
- You must be at least 13 to use it — 16 if you live in the EEA.
- You keep ownership of everything you upload. You give us permission to host, show, and promote it, and that permission ends when you delete it (except for backups, caches, and copies people already downloaded).
- You pick a license for each skill you publish — MIT, CC-BY-4.0, CC0, or Free-for-personal-use — and that license goes from you to each downloader.
- No malware, no hidden prompt-injection, no stolen work, no impersonation, no spam. The full list is in the Content Policy.
- Skills are user-made and provided as-is. Review code and instructions before you run them; what your AI assistant does with a skill is your responsibility.
- If we remove your content or close your account, we tell you exactly why and you can appeal.
- Material changes to these Terms come with 30 days' advance notice.
Document status: Draft 1.0 (2026-06-12). The effective date is assigned when this document is published at aifeders.com/terms on launch day.
1. Who we are and acceptance of these Terms
In these Terms of Service ("Terms"), "AI Feeders", "we", "us", and "our" mean the individual operator of aifeders.com (the "Operator"), an individual based in Pakistan. The Operator's full legal name and postal contact address are published on the /contact page of the Service and in our US Copyright Office designated-agent registration (see the Copyright & DMCA Policy).
By accessing or browsing aifeders.com (the "Service"), and additionally by creating an account, you accept these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
The following documents are part of these Terms and are incorporated by reference:
- Privacy Policy
- Content & Acceptable Use Policy
- Copyright & DMCA Policy
- Cookie Policy
- Community Guidelines
If these Terms conflict with any of those documents, these Terms control — except that the Privacy Policy controls for matters of personal data, and the Copyright & DMCA Policy controls for copyright procedure.
If you use the Service on behalf of a company or organization, you represent that you have authority to bind it, and "you" means both you and that organization.

- If you live in the European Economic Area (EEA), you must be at least 16 years old.
- You must not be barred from using the Service under the laws of Pakistan, your country of residence, or any applicable sanctions regime.
- You must not use the Service if we previously terminated an account of yours for violations, unless we have expressly reinstated you in writing.
We do not knowingly allow underage users. If we learn an account belongs to someone below the applicable minimum age, we close the account and delete its personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
4. Accounts
- Accurate information. Register with accurate information and keep your email address current. Email verification is required before you can publish skills.
- One person, one account. You may hold one account. Creating additional accounts to evade enforcement actions is prohibited; evasion accounts may be terminated without prior notice.
- Security responsibility. You are responsible for keeping your password and two-factor authentication credentials confidential, and for all activity under your account. We strongly recommend enabling 2FA in Settings → Security. If you suspect unauthorized access, use "Log out everywhere" in Settings → Security and contact
security@aifeders.compromptly. - Usernames. Usernames follow the format rules, reserved-name list, and change limits shown at signup. We may reclaim usernames used for impersonation, trademark squatting, or other violations of the Content & Acceptable Use Policy.
- No account trading. Accounts may not be sold, bought, rented, or transferred.
5. The Service, free use, and future paid features
AI Feeders is an online marketplace where creators publish, and members discover and download, AI skills that extend the capabilities of AI assistants.
- Free at launch. All features, including downloads, are currently free. A free account is required to download.
- Pre-authorization of paid features. You agree that we may introduce paid features in the future — for example paid skills, creator payouts, or subscriptions. Before any paid feature launches we will: (a) give registered users at least 30 days' notice by email and in-app announcement; (b) publish the applicable pricing and any seller terms; and (c) never charge you for anything without your separate, explicit opt-in. Content that is free at the time you download it stays free for that download; introducing payments will not retroactively bill past activity.
- We are an intermediary. Skills are created and uploaded by users, not by us. We scan uploads and operate a moderation program, but we do not author, endorse, or guarantee user content (see Section 13).
- Service changes. We may add, change, or remove features. If we discontinue the Service entirely, we will make reasonable efforts to give registered users advance notice and time to export their data via Settings → Privacy → Export my data.
6. Your content and the license you grant us
- You own your content. Uploading transfers no ownership to us. As between you and AI Feeders, you retain all intellectual-property rights you hold in your User Content.
- License to us. So that we can run the Service, you grant the Operator a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, adapt (solely for technical formatting and display, such as previews, thumbnails, and search indexes), distribute, publicly display, and use your User Content to promote the Service and your listing (for example, featuring your skill on the home page or in our communications).
- The license ends when you delete. This license terminates when you delete the relevant User Content or your account, except: (a) it continues for copies held in routine backups and caches until they age out on their normal cycle; (b) it does not affect copies other users already downloaded before deletion, which remain governed by the Skill License in effect at the time of their download; and (c) we may retain copies as required for legal compliance, dispute resolution, and enforcement records.
- Your promises about your content. You represent and warrant that: you own your User Content or have all rights needed to grant the licenses in these Terms; it does not infringe anyone's intellectual-property, privacy, or publicity rights; it contains no malware, undisclosed harmful behavior, prompt-injection payloads, or third-party secrets or credentials; and it complies with applicable law and the Content & Acceptable Use Policy.
- Feedback. If you send us suggestions about the Service, we may use them without restriction or compensation.
7. License to downloaders — the per-skill license picker
When you publish a skill you must choose exactly one of these licenses for that listing:
| License option | What downloaders may do |
|---|---|
| MIT | Use, copy, modify, and redistribute, including commercially, provided the license and copyright notice are preserved |
| CC-BY-4.0 | Use, share, and adapt for any purpose, including commercially, with attribution to the creator |
| CC0 | Anything — the work is dedicated to the public domain, no rights reserved |
| Free for personal use | Use for personal, non-commercial purposes only; no redistribution and no commercial use without the creator's separate written permission |
Rules that apply to every Skill License:
- The Skill License is granted directly by the creator to each downloader. AI Feeders is not a party to it and does not enforce it between users.
- The license displayed on the listing at the moment of download is the one that governs that downloaded copy. Creators may change the license for future downloads but not retroactively.
- You must not select a license you lack the right to grant — for example, choosing MIT for a skill that embeds someone else's proprietary code.
- Downloaders must comply with the Skill License attached to every skill they download.
8. Prohibited conduct
You must not upload, publish, link to, or distribute anything prohibited by the Content & Acceptable Use Policy. In summary, prohibited content includes: malware or code designed to harm; prompt-injection payloads designed to manipulate or harm users' AI agents; leaked secrets or credentials; instructions for serious harm; doxxing; impersonation of people or brands; sexual content of any kind (the Service is a clean platform); plagiarism and re-uploads of others' work; spam and SEO junk; and misleading capability claims.
In addition, regardless of content, you must not:
- probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or circumvent its security, scanning, or rate-limiting controls (good-faith security research reported privately to
security@aifeders.comis welcome); - scrape the Service at scale or harvest user data;
- interfere with the Service's operation or impose unreasonable load on our infrastructure;
- misrepresent your identity or affiliation, or attempt to deanonymize other users;
- manipulate rankings, reviews, downloads, likes, or follows with fake or coordinated activity;
- use the Service in violation of applicable law, including export-control and sanctions law.
9. Our intellectual property
The Service's software, design, branding, text we author, and the compilation of listings (excluding User Content itself) belong to the Operator or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the Service through its normal interface. "AI Feeders", the aifeders.com name, and our logos may not be used without prior written permission, except for truthful, nominative references such as "available on AI Feeders".
10. Copyright complaints and takedowns
We respect intellectual-property rights and expect users to do the same. Copyright takedown notices, counter-notices, restoration timelines, and our repeat-infringer policy are governed by the Copyright & DMCA Policy. Accounts that accumulate three valid copyright strikes within twelve months are terminated.
11. Moderation, enforcement, strikes, and appeals
We operate automated scanning (malware, leaked secrets, prompt-injection patterns), a human moderation queue, and a public reporting mechanism. We reserve the right — but, except where law requires, do not assume an obligation — to review, refuse, restrict, demote, remove, or disable access to any User Content, and to suspend or terminate accounts, where we reasonably believe these Terms, the Content & Acceptable Use Policy, or applicable law has been violated.
- Strikes. The enforcement ladder — warning, then 7-day suspension, then ban; instant ban for severe violations such as malware — is defined in the Content & Acceptable Use Policy and operated as described in ../06-admin/02-moderation-system.md.
- Statement of reasons. When we remove or restrict your content or account, we notify you with: the specific rule or legal ground relied on, the facts behind the decision, whether automated means were involved in detecting or deciding, and how to appeal. This is our commitment under Article 17 of the EU Digital Services Act, and we apply it to all users worldwide. The only exceptions are high-volume commercial spam and cases where notification would be unlawful.
- Appeals. You may appeal any enforcement action within 30 days via the appeal form linked in every enforcement notice or by emailing
appeals@aifeders.com. A human who was not the original decision-maker reviews the appeal wherever staffing permits. - Notice-and-action. Anyone, including visitors without an account, can flag content with the Report button on every skill, review, and profile, or by emailing
legal@aifeders.com. This is our notice-and-action mechanism under Article 16 of the EU Digital Services Act.legal@aifeders.comis also our single point of contact for member-state authorities, the European Commission, and users under DSA Articles 11 and 12.
12. Termination
- By you. Delete your account any time in Settings → Account → Delete account. Deletion takes effect after a 30-day grace period; logging back in within those 30 days cancels it. Before deletion you choose whether your published skills are deleted or anonymized (kept available with no attribution to you). After the grace period your personal data is purged as described in the Privacy Policy. Export your data first via Settings → Privacy → Export my data.
- By us. We may suspend or terminate your account for material or repeated violation of these Terms, under the enforcement ladder, for repeat copyright infringement, where required by law, or upon discontinuation of the Service. Except for severe violations or legal compulsion, every termination by us comes with a statement of reasons and an appeal path per Section 11.
- Survival. Sections 6 (its stated carve-outs), 7 (licenses already granted to downloaders), 9, 10, and 13 through 18 survive termination.
13. Disclaimers
THE SERVICE AND ALL USER CONTENT ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE", WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
In particular, and despite our scanning and moderation efforts:
- Skills are user-provided and provided as-is. We do not warrant that any skill is safe, accurate, lawful in your jurisdiction, fit for your purpose, or free of malicious behavior. The "Scanned" badge means our automated pipeline found no known issues at the time of scanning — we scan, but we do not guarantee.
- USE OF AI OUTPUTS IS YOUR RESPONSIBILITY. Skills direct AI assistants, and AI assistants can execute commands, read files, access networks, and produce incorrect or harmful output. You are solely responsible for reviewing every file in a skill — including markdown instructions — before installing or running it, for sandboxing untrusted skills, and for everything your AI assistant does or produces while using a skill.
- We do not warrant uninterrupted, secure, or error-free operation of the Service.
Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions; there, the above applies to the maximum extent permitted, and consumers retain all non-waivable statutory rights (see Section 16).
14. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE OPERATOR WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, OR COST OF SUBSTITUTE SERVICES, ARISING FROM OR RELATING TO THE SERVICE OR ANY USER CONTENT — INCLUDING DAMAGE CAUSED BY ANY SKILL YOU DOWNLOAD OR RUN — EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.
OUR TOTAL AGGREGATE LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE GREATER OF: (A) THE AMOUNTS YOU PAID US FOR THE SERVICE IN THE TWELVE MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM, AND (B) ONE HUNDRED US DOLLARS (USD 100).
Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded, including liability for fraud, or for death or personal injury caused by negligence where such limits are not permitted.
15. Indemnity
You will indemnify and hold harmless the Operator from and against third-party claims, liabilities, damages, and reasonable costs (including legal fees) arising from: (a) your User Content, including any claim that it infringes rights or harmed a downloader; (b) your violation of these Terms; or (c) your violation of applicable law. We will notify you of any such claim and may participate in the defense at our own expense. This section does not apply to consumers in jurisdictions where such indemnities are unenforceable against consumers.
16. Governing law and dispute resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, without regard to conflict-of-laws rules, and the competent courts of Pakistan have jurisdiction over disputes arising from these Terms, subject to the carve-outs below. Pre-launch requirement: counsel must confirm this choice of governing law and the specific venue before launch, given the Operator's Pakistan base (where PECA 2016 is the applicable cybercrime and data framework) and the global user base.
Consumer carve-out (EU/EEA/UK). If you are a consumer habitually resident in the EU, EEA, or UK, nothing in these Terms deprives you of the protection of mandatory consumer-law provisions of your country of residence, or of your right to bring proceedings in the courts of your country of residence.
Informal resolution first. Before filing any claim, contact legal@aifeders.com; most disputes can be resolved informally within 30 days.
17. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms. For material changes — changes that meaningfully reduce your rights, expand your obligations, alter the license grants, or introduce paid features — we give at least 30 days' advance notice by email to your registered address and by in-app announcement before the new terms take effect. Non-material changes (clarifications, typo fixes, contact updates) may take effect on posting. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance; if you do not agree, stop using the Service and delete your account before the changes take effect. Every version carries its effective date; prior versions are available on request at legal@aifeders.com.
18. General
- Severability. If any provision is held unenforceable, the rest stays in effect, and the unenforceable provision is replaced by an enforceable one that best reflects its intent.
- No waiver. Failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver of it.
- Assignment. You may not assign these Terms. We may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets, with notice to you.
- Entire agreement. These Terms, with the documents incorporated in Section 1, are the entire agreement between you and us regarding the Service.
