Description
Practise beginner Python through small programming problems that turn familiar mathematical and logical rules into code. The listed exercises include odd-or-even tests, positive and negative numbers, divisibility, finding the largest of three values, leap-year checks and Celsius/Fahrenheit conversion. Other tasks use a point-in-circle test and a quadratic equation to practise conditions and calculations.
The practice set also introduces a random-number guessing activity, a multiplication table built with a while loop and a simple calculator. Working with the sum or product of a number's digits and searching an array with binary search extends the exercises into iteration and elementary algorithms. Learners can use these tasks to reinforce Python syntax while reasoning through inputs, intermediate steps and expected results.
Intended audience: Beginning Python learners who want additional coding exercises.
