Description

Gillmeister Automatic PDF Processor applies rules to PDFs arriving in watched folders. It can use a document's text or metadata to decide how the file should be named, where it should be stored and which processing action should run.

The source describes automatic printing, splitting and merging, OCR for searchable text, and extraction of selected information into CSV files. An invoice workflow, for example, can use fields found in the document to organize the resulting files. The accuracy of OCR and extracted values still depends on the documents and rules being used.
